| About CoE Scheme |

Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment in DGE&T, New Delhi have implemented the CPS Scheme “Up gradation of 100 ITI’s into Centres of Excellence(CoE)” all over the country during the training session 2005-2006. The training has got multi-entry & multi-exit provision. Trainee can opt to go to the labour market after completing BBBT of one year duration as well as completing Advance training of 1½ year duration. ITI pass out of particular trade(s) from the conventional system can seek admission for Advance training.
The basic objective of up gradation to Centres of Excellence is to produce Multi-Skilled work force of World Standards by: |
